Secondary School  Registration Information

Our secondary schools offer academic excellence, innovative arts programs and excellent athletic activities. Every student is different and we are changing the way secondary education is delivered in order to meet their academic needs.

In order to register at Parkside Collegiate Institute, you will need to complete a registration package. See below for the package and more registration Information.

Registration Information

When selecting course to list on the registration package, you may want to view our course calendar:

In addition, with the completed registration form, you will need some additional pieces of information: 

• Proof of address :recent utility bill (Bell, Rogers, Reliance etc.), Property tax bill, lease agreement or house purchase agreement are all acceptable. 
• Proof of birth: This can be a birth certificate, passport or FNMI status card. 
• Out of Board Consent Form (if you are not coming from another TVDSB School)
• Out of Area Exemption Form (if Parkside is not your home school). 
• A Credit Counselling Summary from your current school. 
• A copy of the most current IEP for your student from their current school. 
• Date of First Entry Into Canada (to be completed only if the student was not born in Canada)
